Chris Michaelson Tech Ed Instructor
20080116-SPPS_189_2
Hello and Welcome,

You have reached the web site for Mr. Michaelson’s classes.  I am the Technology Education teacher here at Arlington.  I have worked in several schools over the years and really enjoyed teaching overseas.  One of the main reasons I was originally attracted to Arlington was because of the diversity of the student population, but there were so many bonuses!  The BIOSMART program is an amazing opportunity all students in the St. Paul school district! The positive energy here here is really contagious!   My current teaching licenses are in Technology Education and Information Media.  I also have MS degrees in Art Education and Instructional Design/Technology.  I try to make my classes project based.  I believe students enjoy learning more when they are able take some ownership by applying their own creativity and individual style to a project.  To learn more about Technology Education and how it benefits the world and you as a student or parent, please check out the Related Links at the bottom of this page.
