| Ms. Osero |  | I received my B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin in River
Falls in speech education, reading, and elementary education. My
master's degree was completed in curriculum and instruction, K-12, at
the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul in 1995. I completed my Ed.S.
degree in administration at the University of St. Thomas in 1999.
I have been an administrator, a gifted and talented teacher, and a
reading teacher in St. Paul Schools for the last 16 years.
I am married, have 2 sons, and enjoy reading, photography, antique collecting, and traveling.
