| Ms. Plum |  | I am the Title I Lead here at Arlington High School. I wear many hats in this position.
Most of my time is spent working with teachers to make sure they have
the materials they need to develop and implement lessons that actively engage their students in learning actitivies.
I also research and purchase professional development materials for the staff and coordinate guest presenters focusing on key issues faced by our students. We have had in depth staff development on many issues including: vocabulary building, learning styles, brain research related to the differences between male/female learners and understanding different reading levels.
