I earned a BS in Physical Education at the University of Minnesota, Duluth and a masters degree in Teacher Leadership at the University of Minnesota. I have been a teacher in St. Paul Schools for 23 years. I began my career in St. Paul, at Ames Elementary. I spent the next 10 years teaching at Groveland Elementary and coaching varsity volleyball, basketball and softball at St. Paul Johnson. I came to Arlington High School in 1996! When I started at Arlington I coached girls' volleyball, girls' hockey and boys' golf. I currently teach elective physical education classes, which include badminton, volleyball and New Moves. I also coach girls' golf and am the bursar at AHS. I still enjoy playing golf, hockey and basketball. I also enjoy traveling a lot! Any spare time is spent at the cabin with family, friends and my dogs Lucky & Champ.
