I am a student of Minneapolis Public Schools, graduating from Washburn High School in 1996. I went to Iowa State University and the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Family Social Science was my undergraduate degree and I earned a Masters of Education as well.
This is my sixth year at Arlington and I have been lucky to work with wonderful staff, students, and families. I really enjoy teaching Family and Consumer Science classes. I believe that the skills learned in FACS are applicable now as well as throughout life.
In my personal life I am the proud parent of a toddler (see picture to the left) and love spending time with her, my husband and our two dogs.
