Juniors and seniors with an interest in science and technology, have greater than 2.0 GPA, and great attendance are eligible to apply for this opportunity.  Commitment to one semester of coursework followed by an entire, full-time summer internship is required.

CANA (Center for Africans New to America) is a non-profit organization that is partnering with Arlington High School to offer an after-hours scholastic enrichment program for students of African decent. Tutors and mentors are available for each student enrolled in the program to assist with their academic achievement, cultural development, and behavioral adjustment. Parents are strongly encouraged to enroll their students and become actively involved with school programs for the success of their student.

Carlson School of Management
University of Minnesota

Leadership Access Partnership Program (LAP)
A program designed to assist students from underrepresented populations gain access to Carlson School of Management.  Students will be selected in 9th grade and may remain in the program for four years.  Upon passing the entrance requirements for Carlson, the student will receive a fully-funded (tuition/books) four-year education.

Century College

A learning-centered community committed to providing quality lifelong educational opportunities for a diverse citizenry.  Students will be able to shadow college students, receive admission information, and tour.  Programs will also be jointly worked upon to utilize current technology.  Ongoing discussion of articulation agreements and team teaching possibilities is occurring.

Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare is an independent, not-for-profit hospital located in St. Paul, MInnesota, with clinics in Duluth, Burnsville, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, and services for adult patients at our St.Paul - Phalen Clinic. Gillette is internationally renowned for a level of pediatric expertise that distinguishes us from many health care organizations.  Partnering is occuring through student volunteers, job shadows, guest speaking, tours and teacher program.  In the fall eMentoring will also be added.

Saint Paul College
The mission is to provide: Education for Employment … Education for Life!  Offered are comprehensive opportunities for learning including technical, general and career education that enhances personal knowledge, advances economic opportunity and benefits a diverse population, business/industry/labor and the community.  Students in the Project Lead the Way Engineering program and Certified Nursing Assistant have a direct articulation and coursework at the College.  Other courses are also being discussed for articulation.
