The Physical Education & Health Departments at Arlington High School promote a healthy lifestyle by teaching a variety of individual & team sports, plus many other fitness related activities. a different unit. We teach the rules, strategies and skills necessary to be active during each class. Students are responsible for bringing a change of clothes and tennis shoes that will allow them to participate fully in each class session.
