Clothing Tech
In this introductory course students will work in a sewing lab to complete sewing projects using and applying technical information. Students will use learn the basics of machine sewing and patterns to complete these projects.

Child Development
In Child Development we look at the physical, emotional, social and intelllectal development of children from conception through preschool. We also look at childcare techniques, safety, and child development theories so as to better understand the needs of children.

Culinary Arts
This is a class designed to introduce kitchen skills. Topics covered include cooking equipment, methods, cutting skills, nutrition, and influences on food choices.
